What is the point? The only monthly charge is if you are VIP, and you can cancel that yourself from your account options. After that if you don't need/want to use the site then don't login. If you change your mind later you will be able to and still have all your recorded VODs.

Just contact live support and ask them to close your account. That’s all you can do. Delete the account is not permitted. Another thing is like someone said above don’t enter, but I feel you it’s better to close it cause the temptation will still be there

That's not true. VS has purged VODs and I even found out where they get to at the time. Don't ask me, I don't remember. But it was clear that there was still some intrinsic value to them. VS doesn't delete your VODs when you're a VIP member but as a premuim member I certainly have lost some VODs.

Back in 2013 when he posted that, it was true, however you are correct based on recent updates to policy
